To book Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party for your event, simply fill out our google form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 48 hours to discuss your needs and confirm your party date, theme and package details. Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party will deliver, set-up and take-down for the Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket and Warrenton, Virginia areas.
We are booking sleepover parties for Saturday's August-May. During the summer months, we will expand our availability.
All packages include free day of the party delivery, set-up, and next day take-down in the Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket, Warrenton areas.
All packages include for each guest:
1 white tent, twin size air mattress, fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow case (you or your guest will provide their own pillow), lightweight blanket, accessory tray, fairy lights (battery operated), personalized name tags, tent decorations (balloons & banners), additional themed accessories (may include throw pillows, stuffed animals, lights, chalk boards, canvases, birthday banners, etc.) As a reminder, these items are part of the rental package and not for guests to keep.
Our theme's are typically color based, which means you can customize your child's party theme. You can add details, party favors, accessories to your child's tray and decorations to accommodate your theme.
Once your deposit is paid and your date has been confirmed, we will send you a contract with dates and times for your party. We usually need around 3 hours for set up the day of your party (depending on the amount of tents it could take longer). Please make sure all furniture has been moved and ready for the tent set up, as we will not move furniture. There should be no pets or children in the set up space during that time. The next day after the party, we will need approximately 1 hour for take down.
Set-up and take-down times will vary depending on the party date/times
Once we confirm your party date is available, you will be sent the payment information via Venmo. You will be responsible for paying a $100 deposit to book/hold your event date. Your deposit will be held until after your event to confirm all package materials were returned in the same condition. Any broken or missing items will result in not returning your deposit:
It would be good to review this with all guests the day of the party so they know the tent trays, decorations and accessories are part of the set up and not for them to keep.
The full amount (in addition to your deposit), must be paid 24 hours prior to your party event. Unpaid events will result in a cancellation and loss of your deposit fee. If for some reason you need to cancel your event, we will try our best to reschedule for another date. If that does not work, we will refund the party package fee only. You will not get the deposit back for cancellations.
You will be sent an invoice to pay for your deposit to hold your event date with a contract of agreement as well as an invoice to pay for the party event.
Each tent with the mattress measures:
75 in. (long) x 43 in. (width) x 10 in. (height)
Depending how you decide to set up your space, you will need to be sure to measure to make sure the tents & mattress have enough space including walking room around/through middle.
Please do not allow the children to eat and drink inside the tents to prevent spilling and damage to the materials.
Please review safety rules with the guests regarding the safety and care of the tents and materials provided. Should something break, the deposit will be used to cover the costs to replace the items. If the costs exceed the deposit amount, you will be expected to pay the additional fees.
